Margaret Brooke Davis
I represent clients on a wide variety of matters, including all misdemeanors, expungements, bond hearings, felony revocations, expungements, and civil rights restorations.
I am fiercely dedicated to all of my clients, and work relentlessly on every case, regardless of the seriousness of the charge.
I have been a licensed attorney for approximately three years. During that time, I clerked for a judge on the Court of Appeals of Virginia, where I worked almost exclusively on criminal appeals. After my clerkship concluded, I began to practice criminal defense in Northern Virginia. During law school. I interned through the Charlottesville Public Defenders office, and represented clients using my thrid-year practice certificate.
While I can never guarantee an outcome of any case, I can guarantee that I will work relentlessly for each of my clients.
